Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Policy Review and Upgrade
∎ Lead the whole review process and upgradation of CAMPE’s policies related to governance, financial management, and human resources.
∎ Assess and update management policies, including HR manual, procurement, and guidelines.
∎ Strengthen financial and administrative manual to ensure compliance with government rules, staff and organization welfare and the best practices.
∎ Review and enhance all operational policies of the organization, not limited to partnership, gender, child protection, safeguarding, risk management, IT security, institutional governance etc.
∎ 2. Fundraising & Proposal Development
∎ Proactively assist in identifying relevant funding opportunities from international and national donors.
∎ Support to writing appropriate grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications align with CAMPE’s mission, strategic priorities, and donor requirements.
∎ Liaise with program and finance teams to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.
∎ Participate in the process of the organization’s strategic and business plan development.
∎ 3. Research & Advocacy Engagement
∎ Support to Education Watch Study and other research initiatives of CAMPE.
∎ Proactively engage in national and sub-national policy dialogues, discussions, and other advocacy interventions of CAMPE.
∎ Duration & Work Modality
∎ Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance and funding availability).
∎ Work Modality: The position will work in close coordination with CAMPE, with on-site at CAMPE’s office and in-person engagement (work from home is not allowable)

∎ Background
∎ Campaign for Popular Education (CAMPE) is a national coalition dedicated to promoting quality education for all in Bangladesh. To enhance its resource mobilization and strategic planning efforts, CAMPE seeks to engage a qualified Manager – Policy Review & Resource Mobilization for a 12-month contractual position starting from 1 April 2025. The person will play a key role in reviewing policies, fundraising, business planning, research, policy advocacy and resource mobilization.
∎ Objectives
∎ The primary objective of this position is to support CAMPE by reviewing and upgrading existing policies, assisting in writing high-quality funding proposals and contributing to the organization’s strategic and business plans. S/he will also engage in research, studies, and national-level policy interventions related to education.
∎ Scope of Work
