∎ Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
∎ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a development organization or NGO with 2 years in education-related program management.
∎ Strong report writing skills in English, with the ability to clearly communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with partner organizations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop implementation plan in coordination with partner NGOs and regular follow up with to ensure timely and effective implementation of project interventions.
∎ Maintain regular communication with partner NGOs for coordination, providing guidance and support where necessary.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic reports in English (quarterly, annual) to reflect the progress, challenges, and lessons learned during implementation.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of project activities in compliance with organizational and donor requirement.
∎ Frequent visit to implementation areas in different districts
∎ Support to organize workshops, meetings, and consultation as required.
∎ Perform any additional duties or tasks related to the project assigned by the supervisor/organization.
∎ CAMPE is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to support the implementation of one of its projects.
∎ Position Title: Program Officer
∎ Location: Dhaka with frequent field visit
∎ Duration: One year (with possibility of extension based on performance and donor’s funding)
∎ Key Responsibilities
