Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in gender and development studies, political science, sociology or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic direction, oversight and leadership to project staffs to manage the project.
∎ Manage, implement and delivery the activities, work plan and reporting.
∎ Ensure that Gantt chart of each project areas is interlinked; and activities are implemented in an efficient manner.
∎ Ensure quality of project implementation and documentation.
∎ Represent the program at meetings, workshops/consultations with stakeholders for effective dialogue and advocacy at local to district level.
∎ Maintain liaison with government departments, local administration, service providers, civil society and other related stakeholders.
∎ Prepare event report, monthly, and annual reports of the project activities.
∎ Ensure appropriate mechanisms so that women/girls are able to access their rights.
∎ Coordination and networking with stakeholders to ensure appropriate mechanisms so that women are able to access their rights.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Five years working experience in coordination and program implementation on advancing women rights and good governance.
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy, and community mobilization.
∎ Knowledge and experience on program planning, activities and project cycle.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Consultative and collaborative approach to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and project beneficiaries.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with knowledge on safety measures and valid license.
Salary: Tk. 44000 (Monthly)
