Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Civil Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 23 to 39 years
• Only Male

• Applicant’s age must be between 23 to 39 years.

• The applicant should have excellent working experience in RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AREAS.

• The applicants should have professional experience in the following areas: Designing, Drafting, Project Management and Auto CAD 2D & 3D.

• The applicants should have working experience in the following areas: Real estate, architecture and structural design.

• Applicants must be able to speak English and Bangla fluently.

• Applicants must have the ability to delegate work and must be able to visit sites and oversee finishing materials being implemented.

• Excellent in logical interpretations and complex mathematical calculations.

• Clear working Knowledge on Site preparation, Ground leveling, Soil testing, Form work, Concrete foundation and Building construction.

• Special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing small / large construction projects etc.

• Have aspiration/capability to solve critical problems.

• Communicate with labor, vendors and contraction and collaborate their work according to design instruction.

• Ability to clearly read 2D & 3D design with dimension, ensure construction work as per design.

• Clear working knowledge on Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Set priority of work, create and provide instant site requisition based on site demand.

• Provide daily site updates to management and deliver instructions for next day`s work to the relevant contractors / workers.

• Documentation & maintenance of all project related papers and provide labor attendance with vendor bills.

• Assist & Motivate potential flat buyers with all necessary information.

• Need to have the ability to operate multiple projects simultaneously.

• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress.

• Assuring quality of erection/construction works up to the benchmarks.

• Checking received materials according to the purchase order standards. Capable of store maintenance.

• Preparing construction plan and following up on the plan.

• Maintain control of projects expenditures to avoid cost overruns.

• Managing and controlling the smooth functioning of every aspect of the project.

• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

• Perform any others jobs assigned by the management.
