Job Context:
∎ Chemonics seeks project administration experts for the USAID Bangladesh Feed the Future Inclusive Access to Finance Activity. The anticipated five-year project aims to increase access to finance for small- and medium-sized agribusinesses, smallholder farmers, and the rural poor. The activity will support agribusinesses and farmers to become more creditworthy, and stimulate increased lending from banks, microfinance institutions, and other lenders using blended finance. Project administration experts will ensure that the project`s finances and operations follow USAID rules and regulations, Bangladesh laws, and Chemonics` policies and procedures.
∎ We are looking for mid- and senior-level experts with expertise in the following areas:
∎ Finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
∎ Operations.
∎ Grants administration and management.
∎ Human resources management.
∎ Procurement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in finance and accounting, grants administration, and/or project operations in Bangladesh.
∎ Clear understanding of USAID rules and regulations, and local laws.
∎ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
∎ Fluency in English is required.
