Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Willingness to visit project sites frequently

Responsibilities & Context:
Greenland Builders Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage financial activities related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction accounting and be comfortable working both at the head office and project sites.
Maintain project-wise financial records and reports
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost tracking
Handle billing, invoicing, and contractor payments
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Coordinate with project teams for financial updates
