Educational Requirements:
∎ Holding a Master degree preferably in social sciences discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct child survey and Identify eligible children for Learning Centre
∎ Prepare Monthly Action Plan and Implement it accordingly
∎ Implement Learning Centre Activities in the camp
∎ Supervise teachers and provide onsite support
∎ Assess material and repair needs and make sure the availability
∎ Identify weakness & gaps and take necessary step to improve the situation
∎ Ensure regular centre visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support directly to the teacher.
∎ Pay home visit for absent learners
∎ Liaison with parents, community and Site Management Offices
∎ Prepare and submit report to PC
∎ Inform/share any new information sensitive to the project implementation with supervisor
∎ Ready to work in any circumstance or emergency in the camp
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences in Education/related Project operations & implementation in the field of humanitarian development activities. Among them 1 year work experiences in emergency response is preferable.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Good command on MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
∎ Have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely to implement project activities.
