  • At least 3 years’ experience in development/youth/community-based projects.

  • Good facilitation, communication, and mobilization skills.

  • Adequate computer literacy.

  • Additional: Motorcycle driving license preferred willingness to stay and travel in the field.



Responsibilities & Context:

Project: Jaagoron – Transforming Youth into Leaders for Community Empowerment

Supported by: Nagorikota- Civic Engagement Fund

Agrogoti Sangstha is a non-governmental development organization working to promote civic engagement, leadership, and community empowerment among youth. Under the Jaagoron Project, we are inviting applications from qualified and committed individuals for the mentioned positions:

Duration: 30 Months

Work Station: Satkhira Sadar, Kaliganj & Shyamnagar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate youth groups, community activities, and civic engagement sessions.

  • Support youth leadership development initiatives.

  • Conduct capacity-building and awareness training sessions.

  • Maintain communication with local authorities and service providers.

  • Monitor field activities and ensure quality implementation.

  • Coordinate union- and upazila-level interventions, including UDCC meetings, intergenerational dialogues, youth platform meetings, and educational institution activities.

  • Organize peer-led sessions, advocacy workshops, and youth-led radio programs.

  • Build strong linkages with local government, schools, CSOs, and community leaders.

  • Support youth-led monitoring groups for effective field implementation.

  • Prepare reports, case studies, and document project progress and outcomes.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Salary: BDT 31,228/- (Gross) + 5% annual increment & yearly 1 festival bonus
