Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, or a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 45 years

• Minimum 5 above years of experience in youth development/community empowerment projects.

• Proven skills in project management, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Motorcycle driving license preferred

Project: Jaagoron – Transforming Youth into Leaders for Community Empowerment

Agrogoti Sangstha is a non-governmental development organization working to promote civic engagement, leadership, and community empowerment among youth. Under the Jaagoron Project, we are inviting applications from qualified and committed individuals for the following positions:

Duration: 30 Months

Work Station: Satkhira Sadar (with frequent field visits)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the overall implementation of the project.

Ensure planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of activities.

Supervise and mentor the project team.

Build linkages with local government, CSOs, Youth and stakeholders.

Organize trainings, workshops, and youth forums.

Ensure financial accountability and compliance with donor guidelines.

Document and disseminate project learning.

• Salary: BDT 58,552/- (Gross) + 5% annual increment & yearly 1 festival bonus
