Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 3–5 years of experience in NGO finance and accounts management.

• Strong knowledge of financial software, MS Excel, and bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with donor compliance and reporting.

Agrogoti Sangstha is a non-governmental development organization working to promote civic engagement, leadership, and community empowerment among youth. Under the Jaagoron Project, we are inviting applications from qualified and committed individuals for the mentioned positions:

Duration: 30 Months

Work Station: Satkhira Sadar (with frequent field visits)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records of the project.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and donor requirements.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage project accounts, cash flow, and expenditures.

• Support financial planning, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and cash flow management.

• Ensure timely disbursement of funds and maintain documentation.

• Support audits and donor reporting requirements

• Work closely with Project Coordinator to ensure financial transparency and compliance.

• Salary: BDT 30,753/- (Gross) + 5% annual increment & yearly 1 festival bonus
