∎ Master's Degree in Social Science or equivalent subject.

Job Context:
∎ Location: Moheskhali, Kutubdia & Pekua under CARE Bangladesh Cox`s Bazar Field Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to May 31, 2021 with possibility of extension.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: administrative support
∎ In coordination with support services, ensure timely Vehicle support for staff.
∎ In coordination with HR, assist in hiring, joining, transfer or separation of staff.
∎ Follow up staff for timely submission of PAR/attendance with proper financial charging
∎ Liaison with staff for timely submission of performance objective and appraisal.
∎ In coordination with IT, ensure proper IT equipment and support for staff.
∎ Provide logistics and secretarial support for organizing meeting, training, workshop, event etc.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and preservation of project files and folders.
∎ Provide any other administrative support as needed for the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years practical experience in relevant field.
∎ Masters in commerce, preferable in Finance /Accounting.
∎ Should have ability to conduct cost analysis.
∎ Should have knowledge on basic of general administration.
∎ Ability to plan and optimum use of available resources.
∎ Good knowledge on budget.
∎ Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bangla

Salary:
∎ Candidates are expected to join at the minimum of the scale. Scale range for the position begins at BDT 44,241 with other admissible benefits.
