Job Context:
∎ The Program support admin officer is responsible for the Admin and facility of the Isolation Center under the direct supervision of Program Support Senior Officer during COVID-19 response. (S)he will support to Isolation Center activities e.g. Admin. Facility, Accommodation, Cleanliness, Food arrangement, supervise security guards and liaison with concerned support staff of facility in Shamlapur, Teknaf. (S)he will work closely with the Operations team based in Ukhiya and Cox`s Bazar.

∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Shamlapur Isolation Centre in Camp 23
∎ Line Manager: Program Support Senior Officer (COVID-19 Response)
∎ Contract Length: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Admin and Facility:
∎ Manage all admin support staffs (cleaner, security guards and Cook).
∎ Manager all office administration tasks with proper coordination with relevant team.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of the Center and follow up cleaners to improve
∎ Submit requisition for food and others requirement to supply team on time
∎ Ensure accommodation facility are secure and safe for medical staff
∎ Check with hotel and ensure quality food for medical staff in the hotel
∎ Collect, check, process bills and ensure suppliers payment on time
∎ Ensure the security of the Center and follow up security guards duty based on roaster
∎ Ensure all the support staff are appropriately performing his job according to the terms of references and be in position to set performance goal.
∎ Responsible to ensure all facility of the Center and coordinate with others team
∎ Staff Supervision & Development:
∎ Provide encouraging mentorship and supervision to direct reports.
∎ Provide feedback to staff regarding their performance, including timely implementation of the regular check in, annual staff performance management system in operations department.
∎ Promote an open, diverse and participatory work environment.
∎ Directly manage cleaners, cooks, Security guards.
∎ Field Management Support:
∎ Assist Facility Operation lead to maintain Isolation center control and efficiency.
∎ Support the Sr. Facility Support Officer to ensure support on time.
∎ Government Compliance, Liaison/Representation & Coordination:
∎ Assist the Facility Operation lead establishing, developing and sustaining a strong relationship with government counterparts to ensure timely approvals for IRC’s access to operate in both Rohingya camps and host community that enables smooth program delivery which is also aligned with GoB rules and regulations for INGOs in Bangladesh.
∎ Staff Safety & Security:
∎ Implement the facility audit action points of all IRC facility on regular interval and take necessary action considering staff safety, security and wellbeing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 year of experience in Logistic/Operation
∎ Experience of working with UN Agencies or Non-Governmental Organizations
∎ Must willing to work during COVID-19 response. Work from office & field
∎ Candidate who can join immediately will have priority
∎ Very good skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point
∎ Excellent interpersonal and team skills
∎ Dedications to humanitarian principles and values
∎ Dedications to and understanding of IRC’s aims, values and principles
∎ People who have knowledge in Chittagogian language will get preference
