Job Context:
∎ The Program supply officer is responsible for the supply and store management of the Isolation Center under the direct supervision of Program Support Senior Officer during COVID-19 response. (S)he will support to Isolation Center activities e.g. manage supplier, arrange food, receipt goods, storage, loading and dispatch of goods and liaison with concerned support staff of facility in Shamlapur, Teknaf. (S)he will work closely with the Operations team based in Ukhiya and Cox`s Bazar.

∎ Line Manager: Program Support Senior Officer (COVID-19 Response)
∎ Contract Length: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure supply for the Isolation Center and liaison with Supply Chain Team.
∎ Collect requirement from admin. and arrange food for the staff/ patient from supplier.
∎ Collect, check, process bills and ensure suppliers payment on time.
∎ Responsible for proper stocking goods/ medicine and keeping of detailed and accurate stock records according to IRC warehouse procedures.
∎ Responsible for on time loading/unloading of commodities and follow-up with other sites on all receipts of transit stocks.
∎ Ensure pharmaceuticals, foods, and consumables are utilized before expiry dates and notify the line manager and country pharmacist if expiry date reaches 6-month deadline.
∎ Responsible for keeping stocks separated for each delivery/donor.
∎ Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly good housekeeping of the warehouse.
∎ Ensure all the support staff are appropriately performing his job according to the terms of references and be in position to set performance goal.
∎ Responsible to ensure security of the stock of Isolation Center and coordinate with others team
∎ Assist and supervise store keeper assistant and relevant staff to improve capacity and support.
∎ Staff Supervision & Development:
∎ Provide encouraging mentorship and supervision to direct reports.
∎ Provide feedback to staff regarding their performance, including timely implementation of the regular check in, annual staff performance management system in operations department.
∎ Promote an open, diverse and participatory work environment.
∎ Directly manage Store Keeper Assistant(s)
∎ Field Management Support:
∎ Assist Facility Operation lead to maintain Isolation center control and efficiency.
∎ Support the Sr. Facility Support Officer to ensure support on time.
∎ Government Compliance, Liaison/Representation & Coordination:
∎ Assist the Facility Operation lead establishing, developing and sustaining a strong relationship with government counterparts to ensure timely approvals for IRC’s access to operate in both Rohingya camps and host community that enables smooth program delivery which is also aligned with GoB rules and regulations for INGOs in Bangladesh.
∎ Staff Safety & Security:
∎ Implement the facility audit action points of all IRC facility on regular interval and take necessary action considering staff safety, security and wellbeing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 year of experience in Logistic/Operation
∎ Experience of working with UN Agencies or Non-Governmental Organizations
∎ Must willing to work during COVID-19 response. Work from office & field
∎ Candidate who can join immediately will have priority
∎ Very good skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point
∎ Excellent interpersonal and team skills
∎ Dedications to humanitarian principles and values
∎ Dedications to and understanding of IRC’s aims, values and principles
∎ People who have knowledge in Chittagogian language will get preference
