Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement `Ensuring Foundational Literacy, Numeracy, Vocational and Life Skills for adolescents (15-18 years) in Rohingya camps and Cox`s Bazar district including Out of School Children (OoSC) Cox`s Bazar district Cox`sBazar` Project in partnership with United Nations Children`s Fund (UNICEF) in Cox`s Bazar district for the period of 1 year with possibility of extension. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF is inviting application to recruit from competent candidates.
∎ Project: Ensuring Foundational Literacy, Numeracy, Vocational and Life Skills for adolescents (15-18 years) in Rohingya camps and Cox`s Bazar district including Out of School Children (OoSC) Cox`s Bazar district Cox`s Bazar.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in the meeting, workshop, training, etc.
∎ Support to Monitoring Officer, Technical Officer to organize meeting training.
∎ Home visit of absentee learners.
∎ Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize logistics for field activities.
∎ Performing any other project related duties/responsibilities as and when necessary
∎ Provide technical assistance to the teacher for ensuring second chance education through ABAL method

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years relevant experience.
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Non-Formal Education/ Adolescent Development Program Additional Requirements.
∎ Knowledge of local language will be an asset.
∎ Experience to address gender issues in humanitarian interventions.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a demanding and fast-moving environment.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
