Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred. Educational qualification may be relaxed for a more experienced candidate, who is still working in the camp for humanitarian response in the education program.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Education & Guide Education supervisor and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of peer facilitators, Education supervisors, and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in the meeting, workshop, training, etc.
∎ Support to Technical officer-MEAL, Technical officer to organize meetings and training.
∎ Home visit and follow-up of absentee learner’s.
∎ Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize logistics for field activities.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 3 years’ experience of education program
∎ Basic computer skills in MS-Office
∎ Knowledge of local language will be an asset
Salary:
∎ Tk. 29,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
