∎ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.§  Minimum of 3 years’ experience of education program§  Basic computer skills in MS-Office§  Knowledge of local language will be an asset

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Peer Education Phase III Project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ §  Supervise Education & Guide Education supervisor and assist with the daily operation of the project.§  Assist with the scheduling of peer facilitators, Education supervisors, and outreach events.§  Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.§  Participation in the meeting, workshop, training, etc.§  Support to Technical officer-MEAL, Technical officer to organize meetings and training.§  Home visit and follow-up of absentee learners.§  Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.§  Organize logistics for field activities.§  Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable. §  Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and Whistle Blowing Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 38,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
