Education:
∎ Post-graduation in any discipline. B.Ed./M.Ed. will be preferred. Educational qualification may be relaxed for a more experienced candidate, who is still working in the camp for humanitarian response in the education program.

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years’ experience of education program§ Basic computer skills in MS-Office
∎ Knowledge of local language will be an asset

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise Education & Guide Education supervisor and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of peer facilitators, Education supervisors, and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in the meeting, workshop, training, etc.
∎ Support to Technical officer-MEAL, Technical officer to organize meetings and training.
∎ Home visit and follow-up of absentee learner’s.
∎ Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize logistics for field activities.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement Peer Education Phase III Project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 37,800 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
