∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in education program. §  Minimum of three years' experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.§  Basic computer skills in MS-Office.§  Camp level working experience will be highly preferred.§  Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing the ECHO HIP project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ §  Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.§  Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.§  Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.§  Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.§  Support to MEAL Officer, Technical Officer to organize meeting and training.§  Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.§  Home visit of absentee learners.§  Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.§  Organize logistics for field activities.§  Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable. §  Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and Whistle Blowing Policy.
