Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Ed./M.Ed. will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: teaching

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in meeting, workshop, training, etc.
∎ Support to Monitoring Officer, Technical Officer to organize meeting training.
∎ Knowledge on local language will be an asset.
∎ Home visit of absentee learners.
∎ Communication with project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize logistics for field activities.
∎ Performing any other project related duties/responsibilities as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum three years' experience in supervising teacher of non-formal education.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
∎ Knowledge on local language will be an asset.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 30,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
