Education:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred. Minimum Bachelor's degree for experienced candidates.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.
∎ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration.
∎ Knowledge of education programs and understanding of education in an emergency context will be an asset.
∎ Knowledge of lesson plans & class monitoring capacity.
∎ Knowledge of program record skills.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.
∎ Fluency in the local language will be an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.
∎ Supporting MEAL Officer and Technical Officer in organizing meetings and training.
∎ Conducting home visits of irregular learners.
∎ Communication with the project team, local government, and other stakeholders.
∎ Supporting logistics management for field activities.
∎ Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing ‘BGD ECW MYRP Grantee_Top Up (ECW)’ project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
