Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.
∎ Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.
∎ Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.
∎ Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.
∎ Support to MEAL Officer, Technical Officer to organize meeting and training.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Home visit of absentee learners.
∎ Communication with the project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize logistics for field activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in education program
∎ Minimum of three years' experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
