Educational Requirements:
∎ BSS and MSS from any recognized Institution/university. Masters of Public Health (MPH) will be considered as an asset.

Job Context:
∎ The PO-MNCHN will be mainly responsible for facilitating training, assist in training plan, arrange training, develop age appropriate training materials, program activity planning, monitoring program activities and documentation of MNCHN activities of SJ-ICDP. This position will work closely with the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), Government Hospital, like-minded organization, supervisors, volunteer and parents of under-5 years age children under the supervision of Deputy Program Manager - H & N (DPM-H &N).
∎ Employment Status: For 04 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate children (0-5 years) including pregnant women and new-born receive appropriate health service from adjacent /nearby health centre's (Govt./NGO)
∎ Develop overall operational plan/training plan/materials development of MNCHN activities;
∎ Supervise Community Organizers & Community Educators in implementing MNCHN activities;
∎ Assist in developing appropriate tools to measure the impact of training on learning aids;
∎ Design/assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the program in the areas of MNCHN;
∎ Follow up services, sessions and provide necessary support to field team members
∎ Maintain liaison with local government authority(s) like city corporation and other relevant service providers/ GO & NGOs relevant stakeholders;
∎ Assist to initiate research/studies in your areas of work and assist in other research /studies as stated in the program proposal;
∎ Nurture informal learning network with other organizations doing MNCHN program in urban disadvantaged community;
∎ Responsible for reporting and documentation including e-MIS;
∎ Assist in annual planning and budgeting of MNCHN component;
∎ At least 70% field visit (within Dhaka city);
∎ Any other task(s) assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The female candidate is highly encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
∎ Prior experience in planning and facilitating training;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor progress of program activities;
∎ Experience in working with children will be an advantage;
∎ Skills on Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint and MIS;
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively;
∎ Ambition, collaboration, creativity and Integrity in the job will be appreciable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 36,234/- (Negotiable)
