Job Context:

∎ This position is mainly responsible for sponsorship operations activities in the project area of Dhaka City urban Impact Area, maintaining sponsor-child correspondences process and keeping records according to the sponsorship policies and procedures. Yearly enrolled children`s update using customized software, tracking eligibility and program benefit of enrolled children and supporting marketing content collection are other responsibilities of this incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate sponsors' letters into Bangla and arrange to send them to IA Office for onward delivery to sponsored children
∎ Translate children's letters into English and arrange to mail them to respective sponsors
∎ Process mailing/forwarding of all sponsor-child correspondence including gifts and packages
∎ Maintain correspondence records and ASISt correspondence log on a regular basis to ensure time limits and to follow up as necessary
∎ Keep records on individual sponsorship files on sponsor-child correspondence
∎ Take care that all sponsorship-related data collection forms are complete and accurate
∎ Monitor eligibility criteria of the enrolled/sponsored children as well as their participation in Sponsorship funded program activities
∎ Maintain and update all Sponsorship related records and logs
∎ Make notations on AFU tracking list, Terminations and Child Ineligibilities
∎ Ensure timely collection of communication messages and materials (case studies, photos, etc) from enrolled children and families for the sponsors
∎ Maintain records of letters and packages received from sponsors and forwarded to children
∎ Ensure timely distribution of sponsors; letters, collect children's responses and send them to SC country office
∎ Take care as all file cabinets are labeled for quick tracking of sponsorship files
∎ Keep continuous liaison with local leaders, Madrasah, schools, and other relevant stakeholders;
∎ Orient community people about Sponsorship Operations activities
∎ Organize Self-assessment FGD and prepare a report
∎ Make field visits to provide assistance and guidance to Impact Area Sponsorship staff as needed
∎ Ensure availability of the required number of eligible children to enroll in Sponsorship
∎ General:
∎ Attend training, meetings, and workshops as required
∎ Be willing to work in any emergency or disaster situation anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
∎ Timely all assign reporting and deliverable submissions to next-level management of MSS and SJ as well
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
∎ Prior experience in planning and facilitating training;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor the progress of program activities;
∎ Experience in working with children will be an advantage;
∎ Skills on Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint;
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively;
∎ Ambition, collaboration, creativity, and Integrity in the job will be appreciable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
