∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Honor’s or Equivalent Degree from any public or UGC approved university (Preferably in Social Science or any relevant background) minimum 2nd division/class obtained in every academic exam.

∎ The applicant should have experience in NGO.
∎ Driving License & Motorcycle Driving
∎ Working experience with Ethnic communities will be an asset.
∎ Mindset of Field based work with 70% local travel
∎ Mindset to be based and work in rural area.
∎ Good understanding in Community Development & Ethnic Community
∎ Good Command in English (Verbal, Written & Communication)
∎ Reporting & Supervising skill
∎ Computer Literacy (MS Office, kobo toolbox, Internet Browsing, Email)
∎ Team Player & Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Ability to comply with diverse culture
∎ In case of fresher any volunteering/internship experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Staff Supervision: Core supervision of 03 Community Organizer
∎ Field Supervision
∎ In charge of 18 Rokkhagola Village based Social organization
∎ Project Implementation
∎ Assist APC (Implementation) with organizing events such as Awareness meeting, AGM, Congress, Cultural Competition etc.
∎ Participant Selection for Training, Workshop and other events.
∎ Implementation of non-budgeted events and training drop down session at the village level.
∎ Building, Strengthening & Mobilizing Rokkhagola Village Based Social Organization (Saving, Meeting, Book Keeping, Asset Preservation, Transactions, Leadership Development and Social Initiative)
∎ Assist APC (Implementation) with Audit of the Rokkhagola Village Based Social Organization.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (July 2025 – December 2027)
∎ Job Location: Godagari & Tanore Upazila in Rajshahi District (With 70% local travel)
∎ Duration: July 2025 – December 2027
∎ (Possibility of extension with satisfactory performance and availability of funds)

In this programme CCBVO undermines food security, livelihood and rights of the Ethnic people living in the Barind Tract of Bangladesh. This particular project is an on-going phase where "Rokkhagola Model" is being implemented along with thematic areas such as Food Security, Climate Change Adaptation, Agra-ecology, Conflict Sensitivity & Conflict Transformation, Rights of the Community (Constitution & Right to Information, Land, Health, Culture) in the Godagari & Tanore Upazila in Rajshahi.
