Job Context:
∎ Will implement the project activities. Also be part of training, meeting and workshops
∎ Report To : Project Coordinator, Film 4 Peace Foundation
∎ Who you directly supervise : N/A
∎ Who you do not directly supervise, but are supervised by your direct reports : Finance & Admin Officer, Office Assistant-01, Night Guard-01

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monthly work plan and submit to Project Coordinator
∎ Organize meeting for formation of Community Groups (CG) to conduct rapid assessment
∎ Facilitate courtyard meeting to develop indicators for rapid assessment by engaging CG members
∎ Organize courtyard meeting to conduct rapid assessment for identifying tolerance, vulnerability, strength etc.
∎ CTPG formation meeting with activists and community elders
∎ Organize meeting for work plan development by CTPGs
∎ Facilitate Issue based program in enhancing social interaction by CTPGs on the occasion of inter-community festivals and national and international days
∎ Organize community discussion meeting on different issues with CTPG members (monthly)
∎ Select and facilitate CTPG members for final assessment
∎ Regular communication, networking and maintain liaison with different Govt. office, others organization & stakeholders
∎ Prepare report and submit to Project Coordinator
∎ Other activities as per need of the project and any other task given by organization.
