∎ ECOTA Fair Trade Limited established in 1990, is a networking and coordinating body of small and medium Fair Trade Enterprises in Bangladesh. It works for well-being of the artisans involved in handicraft production through Fair Trade promotion. ECOTA supports over 115,000 artisans (with 80% women) through its 52 member organizations. The organization facilitates its members in marketing and trade initiatives of fair trade handicraft at home and abroad with special concern on ICT. It advocates and campaigns with the national, regional and international bodies in sectoral development of handicrafts and handmade products.
∎ A. PURPOSE: To maintain the development activities of ECOTA which include but not limit to project management, implementation, record keeping, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and communication with the member organizations, partners, and local and international stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work in program management activities as required.
∎ To communicate with the member organizations and other stakeholders as needed.
∎ To assist in membership screening processes in order to be able to ensure fair trade principles.
∎ To work on newsletter, website maintenance, annual report, press release, special article writing, social media content, case study report, and preparing of draft guidelines and policies.
∎ To support the member organizations in clarification and maintenance of Fair Trade Principles.
∎ To assist in developing organizational strategies, planning and preparing of budgets from time to time.
∎ To organize capacity building training, workshop, and seminar as and when needed.
∎ To help in monitoring program budgets and prepare periodic budget comparisons.
∎ To assist in preparing training curriculums, conduct online and in-person trainings as planned for the program.
∎ To prepare minutes of the meetings, and circulate them to the designated persons and organizations on time.
∎ To perform other duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive skills in online and computer operations.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hard working, independent, helping attitude, sincere, and physically sound.
∎ Improved job performance.
∎ Timeliness in completion of assignments

Salary:
