Job Responsibilities:
∎ The jobholder will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with CAMPE policies, procedures and as per requirements of the project:
∎ Assist the Program Coordinator in implementation of the program at field level;
∎ Support the program team in designing, planning, and conducting/facilitating community-level awareness session using social accountability tools;
∎ Update the CAMPE MIS system and entry the data as regular basis;
∎ Develop training plan and ensure the training related logistic management;
∎ Prepare periodic report including monthly and quarterly report and as when necessary;
∎ Follow up and monitoring the program both in budget and quality aspect;
∎ Internal and external communication with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Carried out all assign activities and reportable to project Coordinator
∎ Responsible for any publication, assist to organize event in CAMPE, support to conduct any survey.
∎ Community and staff mobilization for program strengthen.
∎ Carried out CAMPE policies, respect to SPO's policies and contracts, need based adjustment with coordinative notion.
∎ Perform other functions as and when assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates
∎ Experience in NGO sector focusing on Right based approaches;
∎ Good understanding on Social Accountability approach
∎ Knowledge on Primary Education and public health system;
∎ Knowledge and experience in community mobilization.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla;
∎ Excellent Computer skills (MS office- Word, Excel, Internet);
∎ Knowledge on data entry and data management;
∎ Good planning skills and ability to meeting deadlines;
∎ Ready to frequent travel to project area i.e. Panchagarh & Netrokona district.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 27500 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly experienced candidates
Other benefits may be admissible as per rules of the organization and project budget.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
