Educational Requirements:
∎ BSS and MSS from any recognized Institution/university. Candidate working in Education department is highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop overall operational plan/training plan/materials development of BE and ICT4D activities;
∎ Support to the Community Organizers & Community Educators, enumerators in implementing monthly/bi-monthly learning and reflection sessions to improve the teaching learning activities;
∎ Provide on-site supports to ensure proper uses and preservation of materials at centres and selected Government Primary Schools (GPS);
∎ Assist in developing appropriate tools to measure the impact of training on learning aids;
∎ Design/assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the program in the areas of BE and ICT4D;
∎ Assist to initiate research/studies in your areas of work and assist in other research /studies as stated in program proposal;
∎ Nurture informal learning network with other organizations doing education program in urban disadvantaged community;
∎ Provide technical support for Resource Centre, Education Centre and community based various session to achieve quality education;
∎ Supervise Mobile library initiative for urban slum area;
∎ Keep relationship with GO & NGO, GPS, non-government/private school and other relevant stakeholders;
∎ Responsible for reporting and documentation including e-MIS;
∎ Assist in annual planning and budgeting of BE and ICT4D component;
∎ At least 70% field visit (within Dhaka city);
∎ Any other task(s) assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
∎ Prior experience in planning and facilitating training;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor progress of program activities;
∎ Experience in working with children will be an advantage;
∎ Skills on Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint and MIS;
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively;
∎ Ambition, collaboration, creativity, Integrity in the job will be appreciable.
∎ Compassionate and respectful towards different disadvantaged groups, minorities, race, ethnic communities and gender.
∎ Compliance: Should abide by the Child Safeguarding Policy, Gender Policy with high importance as well as organizational guidelines and policies, code of conduct
Salary:
∎ Tk. 36,234/- (Consolidated monthly salary)
