∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
∎ Strong ability to work in a team and be supportive to others’ efforts and work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange district, upazila and union level advocacy and mass awareness campaigns/events.
∎ Organize and strengthen children’s group in community level.
∎ Ensure quality of project implementation activities and its documentation.
∎ Organize life skills training for survivors.
∎ Dialogue with government officials, parents, religious leader, marriage registers, law enforcing agency, child welfare board, children, lawyers, journalist, victim support center, teacher association, local government, etc. to increase stakeholders’ engagement to reduce sexual exploitation of children (SEC).
∎ Develop change agents amongst children groups using Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package.
∎ Parents/male group meeting on positive parenting for developing positive norms around SEC.
∎ Ensure the quality and impact of the program and ensuring that gender equity is addressed.
∎ Represent the program at different meetings for effective dialogue and advocacy at district, Upazila and Union level.
∎ Coordination and networking with stakeholders to ensure appropriate mechanisms so that children and survivors of sexual exploitation are able to access their protection and rights.
∎ Ensuring that project activities are implemented according to established project principles with adequate community participation.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Association for Community Development (ACD) is looking for a suitable candidate for its project ‘Stepping Up the Fight Against Sexual Exploitation of Children’. The project will support to children and survivors for social well-being for their independent and dignified lives.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange district, upazila and union level advocacy and mass awareness campaigns/events.
∎ Organize and strengthen children’s group in community level.
