∎ Since August 2017, the heavy influx of Rohingya refugees into Cox's Bazaar has required an emergency response in accordance with CARE's humanitarian mandate to meet the needs of crisis-affected populations in the most vulnerable communities. CARE is responding to the crisis in multiple sectors, including Protection & Gender and recruiting a Program Manager -Gender-Based Violence (GBV) to lead on the coordination, management and quality implementation of the GBV program as part of the emergency operation in Cox's Bazar.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience with a minimum of three years' work experience of GBV in emergencies, protection, and gender programing.
∎ Experience of supervising field staff required.
