Education:
Post-graduate degree in science or social sciences.
Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate degree in Disaster Management, Environment/ Climate Change, Development Studies, Civil and/or Water Engineering, Agriculture, International Relations, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Geography and Environment etc.

Additional Requirements:
At least 5 years of project management experience (planning, implementing and monitoring) in climate change context, with an overall experience of at least 8 years.
Experience in community-based/locally led DRR and/or adaptation through local institutional strengthening, planning and implementation of WASH, Agricultural, Forestry and household energy interventions will be prioritized, especially in the southern region of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Position Title: Program Manager under Community Led Innovation for Climate Risk Mitigation in Bangladesh (CLIMB), Humanitarian & Climate Action Program
Duration: Initial contract will be up to December 31, 2025 (further extension is subject to the performance and extension of the project)
