Experience:

Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program management, preferably in maternal and child health, nutrition, or SRHR projects.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs and capacity-building initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) (<www.ypsa.org>) is an organization for sustainable development working in the Greater Chattogram Division including the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is currently implementing the project titled "Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh”.

Position Summary:
The Program Implementation & Training Coordinator will lead the planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of project activities. The role ensures technical quality, capacity building, and timely execution of program goals in consultation with the Project Manager and relevant personnel. He/She will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and maintain regular communication with BAPSA’s Program Implementation & Training Coordinator.
Key responsibilities:
Lead overall planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of the project activities.
Ensure technical quality of project interventions under the guidance of the Technical Advisor – SRHR, AFHS & Nutrition.
Develop training plans, modules, and capacity-building sessions for project staff and stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Advisor – Program and Advisor – Finance & Accounts to ensure smooth programmatic and financial operations.
Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and provide timely updates and recommendations to the Project Manager.
Support documentation of best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
Maintain strong coordination with local partners, government offices, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
Communicate regularly with BAPSA’s Program Implementation & Training Coordinator for technical guidance and alignment.
Promote safeguarding, child safeguarding, gender equality, and organizational values in all activities.
