Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program management, preferably in maternal and child health, nutrition or SRHR.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and capacity-building initiatives.

  • Good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.


Responsibilities & Context:

Project Name: Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh

Job Context:

The project “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh” aims to strengthen health system resilience in Chittagong City Corporation and selected urban slum areas by improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (AFHS), and Nutrition services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Ensure technical quality of project interventions under the guidance of the Technical Advisor – SRHR, AFHS & Nutrition.
  • Develop training plans, modules, and capacity-building sessions for project staff and stakeholders including Peer Educators.
  • Coordinate with the Advisor – Program and Advisor – Finance & Accounts to ensure smooth programmatic and financial operations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and provide timely updates and recommendations to the Project Manager.
  • Support documentation of best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
  • Maintain strong coordination with local partners, government offices, LGIs and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with BAPSA’s Program Implementation & Training Coordinator for technical guidance and alignment.
  • Steer all activities relating to training including facilitation and conduction of sessions.
  • Support Project Manager to organize meetings, workshop and training programs in integration with Accounts and Admin Officer.


Job Other Benifits:
    Salary & Allowances: BDT 60,000 consolidated per month & Yearly 2 Festival Bonus
