∎ Bachelors or Masters in Education/ Development Studies/Economics/Business Administration (preferably O/A Level background).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee the adolescent and senior citizen program.
∎ Responsible to develop proposals to respective donor agency and seek grant.
∎ Responsible to oversee budgets, and manage projects.
∎ Ensure the organization's activities and programs align with foundation
∎ Development team and lead project management as well as implement daily management of activities.
∎ Working closely with other managers, vendors, and financial supporters and other stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant sector.
∎ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Good Analytical skills.
∎ Deadline oriented and fast learner.
∎ Proficient in MS word packages.
∎ Social sensitivity, interested to pursue career in development sector.
