Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Development Studies/Sociology/Economics or any related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Rangpur/Kishoreganj Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to 31 August 2024.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years (preferably) of project management experience (planning, monitoring, evaluation) in DRR, CCA, Service linkage and advocacy context, including in a leading position.
∎ Strong knowledge and skill of project management.
∎ A good conceptual understanding of key development priorities in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience of working with communities in participatory approaches and conceptually strong in implementing program through partnership with local NGOs.
∎ Good networking and liaison skills with counterparts, partners.
∎ Experience in budgeting and project/budget monitoring.
∎ A good understanding of USAID rules and regulations in specific CFR 211 and CFR 200.
∎ Analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint
∎ Communicates with impact.
∎ Able to influence diverse audience and rally them to action.
∎ Building purposeful relationship across stakeholders.
∎ Networking & Collaboration.
∎ Supports learning /facilitating change.
∎ Negotiation.
∎ Drives changes.
∎ Operational Decision-Making.
