Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new field & new entrepreneurs everywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Periodic field visit and supervise.
∎ Monitoring training center
∎ Organize and facilitate different event/meetings.
∎ Follow up training/meetings, etc.
∎ Assist Coordinator to prepare periodical report.
∎ Experience should also cover managing the field level entrepreneurs and independent reporting.
∎ Maintain close cooperation and coordination with District and Upazila administration, Upazila Chairman, project staff, relevant stakeholders, etc.
∎ Keep close cooperation and coordination with concerned personnel.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor in the interest of project.
∎ Organize and coordinate District, Union and Upazilla level training.
∎ Capacity building of Field Facilitator to perform project activities.
∎ Mentor and Monitor Field Facilitators.
∎ Coordination and communication;
∎ Project planning and implementation
∎ Documentation & Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have high level of proficiency in both Bengali & English.
∎ ADVANCED Computer Knowledge is a must.
∎ At least 05 (five) years' experience in NGO sector or any kind of association or chamber
Salary: Negotiable
