∎ For Bachelor’s Degree Holder: Minimum 06 years of relevant professional experience in program management and administrative support and coordination in a large development organization.
∎ For Master’s Degree Holder: Minimum 04 years of relevant professional experience in program management and administrative support and coordination in a large development organization.
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Willingness to transfer at any place where UCEP has its activities.
∎ Experience:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in drafting various documents for programmatic and administrative purposes as required.
∎ Systematically organize all programmatic and administrative information for the component or office.
∎ To maintain and regularly update records and registers for correspondence within the component or division.
∎ To keep an accurate record of all appointments and meetings.
∎ To develop and manage an efficient filing system for the office.
∎ To ensure necessary stocks of stationery and Teaching Training Materials (TTM) are maintained at all times.
∎ To prepare purchase requisitions (PRs) for essential goods in compliance with the budget.
∎ To monitor services related to security, cleaning, gardening, and cooking to ensure quality and efficiency; coordinate with service providers to address and resolve service-related issues.
∎ To maintain staff attendance records and compile a report for monthly payment processing.
∎ To perform additional secretarial or administrative duties as required by the office.
∎ To Digitize all regional office documents for improved accessibility and organization.
∎ To Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by UCEP authority as needed.
∎ Job Purpose: To assist the Regional Manager in the smooth functioning of regional operations.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Salary: BDT. 28,857/-
