∎ Required Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Management, Geography, Social Science, or a related field from a reputed University, Master's Degree is preferred.

∎ Previous experience of 1-2 year in DRR related and climate action project is preferred.
∎ Experience requirement is flexible for person with expertise in video editing, content creation and photography using modern equipment and software. Sound knowledge of cameras and lighting techniques.
∎ Communication and networking with multi-sectoral actors.
∎ Story writing and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of multimedia production software and editing equipment
∎ Good report writing in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing is required.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
∎ Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Initial contract will be up to December 31, 2025

∎ The Program Associate: Knowledge Management will directly report to KML Coordinator, Humanitarian and Climate Action Program and will assist in the smooth implementation of program activities by capturing case stories, taking quality photographs, developing attractive video documentation, achieving developed materials, organizing events, collecting and presenting data, program reporting as well as support in program logistic and administrative activities. The position is expected to add value to the quality implementation of project activities with proper visibility and also improve self-exposure and expertise in the areas of knowledge management and learning.
