∎ A bachelor’s degree in Geography, Disaster Management, International Relations, or a related field from a reputed University is mandatory.

∎ Previous experience of 1-2 year in DRR/ green and water solution-related activities/climate action project is preferred
∎ Communication and networking with multi-sectoral actors.
∎ Excellent facilitation skills.
∎ Good report writing skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing is required.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
∎ Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
