Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Fisheries or Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the implementation of the project activities in the project area.
∎ Support the SEP concerned staff to formulate plans and ensure effective implementation of the plan.
∎ Provide technical support to producers through linkage with the public-private sector to solve technical problems that inhibit productivity enhancement.
∎ Regular field visit and follow up the MEs.
∎ Assist in capacity building of lead farmers on globally accepted sustainable aquaculture framework for professional farm management, good aquaculture practices, traceability, food safety and hygiene, better social and environmental practices at the community level.
∎ Assist in organizing training sessions, meeting, workshops, seminars, farmers field day, etc.
∎ Monitor the project progress and observe impacts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in project related work of PKSF
∎ Proven knowledge of implementing fisheries-related Technical support.
∎ Field level experience on different activities such as workshops, seminars and have a good command on mitigation different Technical issues.
∎ Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
