Experience:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Commerce/MBA/BBA from any UGC approved local or reputable foreign universities.
At least 02-06 years of uninterrupted service experience in Retail Products and Propositions or relevant units with reputed commercial banks.
Candidates must possess a proven history of achieving successful outcomes in products and propositions in prior banking roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and relevant banking/product management tools.
Knowledge of retail banking products, market trends, and customer behavior.

The role includes market research, product development, pricing, campaign planning, and performance monitoring to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The concerned employee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance the bank’s retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage retail banking products and propositions across lifecycle stages.
Innovate new product propositions tailored to customer segments and market trends.
Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to identify opportunities for new propositions.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance product appeal and adoption.
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to promote retail products.
Develop innovative value propositions, reward and recognitions to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with digital teams to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.
Track product performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and assist line manager as well as Divisional Head to execute effective strategies.
Prepare actionable reports and recommendations following necessary instruction to optimize product strategies.
Drive innovation by proposing and piloting new product ideas, digital enhancements, and service improvements.
Foster a culture of creativity in product development and proposition design.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective delivery.
Engage with external partners and vendors to explore opportunities for co-branded or strategic propositions.
Ensure all products and propositions adhere to regulatory, Shariah, and internal compliance requirements.
