∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Statistics from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compounding and responsible for shift production & housekeeping
∎ Production ready for delivery as per production plan
∎ Raw materials arrange as per production demand
∎ Manpower control and Machine monitoring of the company
∎ Ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times
∎ Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction
∎ Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved
∎ Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance
∎ Ensure safe working practices are maintained and 'Standard Operations' adhered to.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge on shift production and housekeeping
∎ Should have good communication skill
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel
Salary: Negotiable
