∎ Diploma in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and collect raw materials as per production schedule
∎ Check and properly maintain the calibration of Flour, Sugar, Creamer and all other materials
∎ Supervise the weighing of raw and packing materials as per production parameter
∎ Monitor the following of SOP for dough mixing and Cream preparation
∎ Supervise the consumption of left-over dough and biscuit paste of all SKUs
∎ Supervise handling and using of raw materials
∎ Check the house keeping condition in production area
∎ Supervise the timely writing of BMR of production
∎ Monitor the labeling of chemical Jar, weight of materials which are being used in product, flour setting etc.
∎ Supervise the cleaning of machines, utensils, dough trollies etc. after completing of production
∎ Prepare monthly and weekly closing of production
∎ Conduct weekly cleaning of equipment properly
∎ Any other job assigned by Senior Official.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Sound in computer operation and office application.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
