• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology

• Preferable Textile in Diploma from reputed Govt. Textile Institutes.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• At least 1 to 2 year(s) preferably in Spinning/Yarn manufacturing, jute or similar Industry manufacturing unit.

• Preference will be given to fresher with strong technical knowledge and aptitude.

Job Location: Factory, Joy Bangla Sorok, Kunia K. B, Bazar, Borobari Gazipur .

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are running according to the given program in order to achieve maximum production in every shift.

• Ensure machine wise production target is met in every shift

• Ensure all quality parameters of the products are monitored properly as guided by the production in-charge and take remedial action if deviates.

• Reducing production wastage as per company given targets.

• Waste control (Man, material, machine, time & cost).

• Lead and supervise production teams during the assigned shift & continuing floor and machine visit for production & product quality monitoring.

• Lead to do production according to sales order with approved raw material consumption and flow for execution of production plan and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Oversee machine cleaning, preventive and schedule regular maintenance.

• To take prompt and immediate resolution of issues arising on the production floor of the in-charge section and to regularly communicate with the authorities to inform and resolve issues that may disrupt production operations
