Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a good academic record. Should have at least Post graduate degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Special expertise in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Highly experience in handling small quantity orders.
∎ Line feedback should be smooth.
∎ Review & Analysis Stores to insure smooth operation with efficiency.
∎ To plan the monthly production activities and monitor them.
∎ To supervise the manufacturing activities in the plant.
∎ To plan all the resources needed for timely production.
∎ To participate in the budgeting activities related to the plant.
∎ To coordinate with the other departments.
∎ Daily & Monthly Production Planning for FIBC bags and its control by systems.
∎ Overall Control of the ongoing Production operations including Inventory Control, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, Shipping, and Quality Control/Inspection
∎ Maintaining the quality with target production.
∎ Maintaining Daily production schedule.
∎ Review of Quality Control Reports. To solve customer complaints regarding quality of products.
∎ Material Planning according to Purchase Orders and Reviewing Daily Fabric Stocks.
∎ Manpower planning as per production requirements.
∎ Cost, Production, Sales planning and data Analysis.
∎ Analysis of Customer Samples received for orders.
∎ Developing quality systems by streamlining procedures, practices and approach.
∎ Conducting regular internal audits, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.
∎ Managing various manufacturing operations as per the set parameters & standards as well as experience of developing procedures for operational excellence
∎ Coordinating with buyers, production planning, quality control, negotiations, liaising with various agencies with demonstrated initiatives
∎ Managing product development, production operation, dispatch & liaison to ensure timely achievement of organizational targets.
∎ Leading & motivating manpower; communicate effectively with employees & management through strong interpersonal skills
∎ Project Management Production Maintenance Operations. Quality Assurance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Planning / Industrial Engineer in Woven sector for 3-5 years
