Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 34 years
Good at Fast React Plan software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the completion of the planning within the first quarter of the previous month.
Ensure one contingency plan is ready for any potential problem with the existing planning.
Review the plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to complete the goods on time.
Review the performance of the previous month, find difficulties and set corrective action plan for the next month.
Ensure the critical analysis of the product before making the critical path for them individual product.
Counsel with the respective supervisor in charge even operator to motivate to get the targeted output.
Ensure utilization of capacity at the optimum level.
Provide production analysis feedback in respect of productivity to development team for future development.
