Experience Requirements:

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient in production planning and scheduling to ensure full machine utilization
∎ Co-ordinate between different units to ensure on-time production and make immediate contingency plans when schedules change
∎ Deploy process wise manpower and ensure production achievement against target for on time shipment
∎ Analyze daily production achievement against capacity
∎ Prepare hourly, daily and monthly production report
∎ Monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rework and rejection
∎ Analyze current stock against upcoming order status
∎ Analyze root causes of under-production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation
∎ Analyze, optimize and monitor the process flow of various production sub-units
∎ Forecast upcoming order status and plan for manpower and machine requirements for critical order as well to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Must possess sufficient knowledge about production rates and expenditures
∎ Must possess sufficient knowledge about process wise timing/output ratios as per capacity
∎ Analyze the upcoming order status & make the budget for smoothly production.
∎ Ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
