Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering Background from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of total production planning.
∎ Proper monitoring and ensuring materials for all the retail, govt projects and corporate sales.
∎ Aligned with the Supply Chain Management team.
∎ End to end report preparation for COO and CBO regarding the materials and production planning
∎ Generate material requirement plan according to the market & sales forecast.
∎ Ensure availability of materials in store in time to continue smooth production.
∎ Monitor and report on changes in sales forecasts and accommodate material planning accordingly.
∎ Follow up with R&D, Process and PM team to monitor any changes in raw material and initiate implementation plan.
∎ Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner to management.
∎ Support the management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in Planning.
∎ Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills and should be fluent in English in any form of communication.
∎ Applicants must have a basic knowledge of imports.
∎ Applicants should have a sound knowledge of electronic and IT products.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality
