Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineer from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge about the various types of yarn selection for fabric gsm, knitting parameters & process, fabrics structure, composition & different fabric composition.
∎ To give program slip according to daily production plan.
∎ Planning and organizing schedules considering buyer wise booking date by assessing capacity of production units and ensure optimum outputs from knitting.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the subordinates, ensuring high morale team work & good employee relations.
∎ To maintain overall efficiency, calculation, output & quality of the fabric.
∎ To minimize wastage control in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Maintain order sheet, production schedule and all kind of documentation.
∎ Capacity utilization & enhancement planning.
∎ Daily production target and achievement .
∎ To prepare the daily knitting program card.
∎ Explain to the production manager for any type of Production hamper.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ The candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately.
∎ Computer literate (MS office Program).
