Experience:
At least 3–5 years in a senior role like AGM or DGM.
Strong experience in facing buyer audits, handling labor unrest, and HR automation.
Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and negotiation skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Fluent in Bangla and English – both spoken and written.Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and ERP systems.
Strong liaison skills with BGMEA, BKMEA, DIFE, Fire Service, DoL, etc.
Ability to work under pressure and handle industrial relations effectively.
1. Human Resources Management
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and the buyer`s code of conduct.
Ensure proper manpower planning and maintain up-to-date organograms.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal issues professionally.
Monitor attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and overtime with HRIS/ERP systems.
Design and implement employee engagement, training, and welfare programs.
2. Administrative Management
Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations in factory premises.
Supervise security, transport, housekeeping, utilities, and facility management.
Manage factory licenses, renewal processes, fire safety measures, and building compliance certifications.
Ensure factory infrastructure is maintained, including sanitation, water, and electrical facilities.
Liaison with local administration, industrial police, fire service, and utility providers.
3. Compliance Management
Ensure full compliance with Buyers’ Code of Conduct, Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended), and relevant international social standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ACCORD/ALLIANCE).
Prepare and face third-party compliance audits and buyer audits independently.
Maintain all statutory registers and documentation as per law and buyer requirements.
Conduct internal compliance audits and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure zero tolerance for child labor, harassment, forced labor, and other violations.
